The R.A.W. Project stands for Realizing your Authentic Worth. R.A.W. is designed for women and young girls to get clear about what their self-worth is, and the value they bring to the world. Discovering your worth, and knowing value in the world is a critical step in living a purposeful life. 


We believe we are all here to add value to each other lives, but the first step is realizing your own value. The R.A.W. Project includes (12) weekly meetings that utilize group coaching and training to tap into one’s authentic self. Benefits from completing the R.A.W. project are:


  • Gain clarity of one’s value to themselves, their family, community and the world.

  • Identification of behavior patterns that sabotage self-worth.

  • Identification of strengths and weaknesses to aide in personal growth and development.

  • Develop a personal statement that supports and encourages self-worth and accomplishments.

  • Increase self-confidence.

  • Receipt of weekly inspirational messages to sustain and encourage accountability in the pursuit of building personal self-worth.

The N.O.W. Project stands for “Nourishing Optimal Wellness.”  N.O.W. complete FOCUS is on holistic health and wellness. Individuals are educated and equipped with resources in regards to proper nutrition and the benefits of exercise to prolong one's longevity.


Individuals will partner with a health and wellness coach to develop goals that produce sustainable results.


The N.O.W. Project requires a four to six month commitment with a health and wellness coach. This program was developed with Dr. Trina Wiggins, practicing Pediatrician for over 25 years and certified wellness coach from Las Vegas, NV. The benefits from participating are:


  • Increase in health and wellness through healthier life-style choices.

  • Increase in energy and self-confidence.

  • Assistance in the development of a written plan containing realistic health and wellness goals.

  • Receipt of weekly supportive messages to help sustain and encourage accountability while reaching target health and wellness goals.
